Update

Just want to say a big thank you to my friends who've shown concern for my grandma, and a special thanks to my Dear.

Just to update you guys on the condition of my grandma.

The blood clot in her brain has stopped growing, but surgeons are saying that it's not advisable to operate on it, otherwise the chances of her leaving this world would be much higher.

So for now, she's in a coma. When will she wake up? Nobody knows. All we can do now is to go to her bedside and talk to her everyday to "keep her updated" on what's happening around her.

I can only pray that my grandma has the will to live on, and be able to do something that she has been wanting to do so for many years.

To see me graduate from university.

Please, grandma. Wake up.

Please Pray For My Grandma

My grandma, who has always been very healthy, has suffered a serious, yet mild, stroke on her left side of the body. She got it while at work today afternoon.

My auntie updated me, and told me that she is in quite a bad condition. The doctors have to drill 2 holes in her head to drain out all the excess blood water in her brain to prevent brain damage. And if it doesn't cease, the tubes might have to be in her permanently.

More importantly, if her blood clot doesn't cease to be removed within the next 48 hours, she will be in great danger, to the extent of losing her life.

Even if she passes this stage, she will have to be hospitalised for at least 1 month, and then might have to be on a wheelchair permanently.

I can only pray that my dad in heaven will watch over her, and prevent her from joining him.

Why is life so fragile?

Touching MTV

We have to admit a fact.

Jay Chou is god damn talented.

In terms of singing, acting, writing, composing, directing.

I love this MTV.

In it, the guy has only one month to live. But in order not to let his girlfriend know about it, he faked a letter which said that he was successful in his application to a university far away. But in the end, he still wrote a diary and sent it back to the girl, explaining to her that he doesn't want her to be sad and thus he did all those things.

当我知道自己的生命
只剩下一个月的时间
我唯一害怕的是
面对你的难过
所以我选择离开
对不起 我骗了你
谢谢你陪我去
我们曾经去过的地方
我会把它带到天堂

When I found out that I have only one month to live,
the only thing I was afraid of
is to face your sadness.
That's why I chose to leave.
I'm sorry I lied to you.
Thank you for accompanying me
to the places that we've been to.
I'll bring those memories to heaven.

Touching.

1 x Fish
1 x Tofu
1 x Pork Ribs
3 x Coconuts

Aching Body

Wednesday: Badminton
Today: Soccer
Sunday: Jogging
Tuesday: IPPT

It has been quite awhile since I last exercised this much, ever since my poly and army days. Although my body is aching, but I'm enjoying it.

Not only because I can get to keep fit, but also because I can interact with my classmates more during the games. Like for instance, I rarely talk to my classmate Ken in class, but today during the soccer match we talked to each other quite a lot, probably more than what we have talked for the past 2 years.

So guys, we should make badminton and soccer a weekly thing alright!?

Chalet

I know this is sooo long overdue, but better late than never.

Went for my class' chalet on 23rd, and boy it was fun!

First we had a bowling outing, and my scores were terrible. Haha. But I guess everyone there had fun, and because of this, now Sathiya always asks to go bowling the next day. But he never meant it anyway.

We then celebrated the birthdays of 3 October babies. It was obvious that the target was Alvin, who had 5 or 6 cameras filming him unwrapping his present. It was basically a "hamper" wrapped with rolls of tape. After 40 minutes, he finally got to the end of it, which was an empty tissue box! But he eventually got his present, one which was wrapped nicely :)

Finally for the first time in 2 years I managed to play a soccer game with my classmates. Well, even though it was a very friendly and short one, it was still fun. It just feels different from all the other serious football games that I've played in. But sadly, my brudder Anan tore his ligament. Again.

After that had our BBQ, almost everyone had a small little cup of vodka + cherryade/sprite, and we had a toast.

Played the numbers game, and it was fun. Even though it was just a normal ice-breaking game, which we have played before, it was fun to play because it involves the entire group of us rather than a few individuals like daidee (which we all ended up playing again)

Weird that our class took so long before we warmed up to one another, but like I said earlier: better late than never.

So guys, when are we going to have our next chalet/outing?

P.S. no photos, as there's simply too many!
