OMG

I actually packed my wardrobe!

After discarding my old undergarments, T-shirts and jeans, I find that I pathetically only own 2 pairs of wear-able jeans, and only 2 shirts.

I need to go buy cheap jeans and shirts! I've got too many T-shirts!

And yes! I've got light and fan in my room! Finally! And for $60, I paid for a guy whose service is fantastic. The delivery woman on the other hand, was pathetic.

Firstly the serviceman came even before the delivery man arrived. And since he was here early, he decided to check out my kitchen light, and found that a spare part was damaged. He then offered to go out and buy the new spare part for the light, and then repair it for us.

Next, the delivery woman came, and found that she left the 3 bulbs in her shop, which was a 10 minutes walk away from my house. Even though it was her fault, she didn't offer to take it for us, but instead asked us to follow her to her shop to take it personally. Feeling pissed, my auntie gave in and walked there eventually.

The serviceman then came back with the new kitchen light spare part, and helped us fix it. My auntie happened to come home at around the same time, and informed him not to fix the cover back because the cover is dirty. Instead, the serviceman decided to wash it for us. Even though it was not a tough chore, but the fact that he offered to do it for us impressed me.

After that, he fixed the fan and light in my room. When I offered to help him carry some of the stuff to be discarded, he said that I shouldn't because that is his job and that I'm the customer. Impressed again.

Lastly, just when I thought he was done, he then told me that he will go out to buy a new tube for the kitchen light which he just repaired, because it was flickering. Impressed the third time.

Conclusion: Even though he has only one tooth remaining, and really, he looked dirty, this teaches me that we should never judge a book by its cover. I am thoroughly satisfied with his service attitude, even though he charged at a really low price.

Sigh, why can't the big companies have service quality like him? Why can't people in the service line all learn from him?
